We were contracted to construct a new building consisting of 9 meter high eaves and a steel construction incorporating an office area with the latest energy efficiency inclusions. The total building area is 911 square meters with an office area comprising of 94 square meters.
Featuring fully environmental compliant landscaping, stormwater catchment/treatment and reuse facilities and sufficient carparking areas.
